Item 7.01

Regulation FD Disclosure.

Jeff Humphrey, MD, is no longer Chief Medical Officer at Lantheus Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”). His last day of employment with the Company will be January 3, 2025. Dr. Humphrey’s departure is not due to a disagreement with the Company or its Board or management on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, clinical programs, policies or practices. A search is underway for his replacement. Brian Markison, CEO, and Paul Blanchfield, President, have assumed interim leadership of research and development.
