N. BILLERICA, Mass. (June 9, 2010) – Lantheus Medical Imaging, Inc., a worldwide leader in diagnostic medical imaging, today announced that the company has received a Supplier Pinnacle Award for outstanding performance as a contracted supplier from Premier Purchasing Partners, L.P., the nation's largest healthcare Group Purchasing Organization (GPO). The award was presented today at Premier’s Annual Breakthroughs Conference and Exhibition 2010 in Washington, D.C.
Lantheus Medical Imaging is part of an elite group of 38 out of more than 800 Premier contracted suppliers to receive the Pinnacle Award. The annual Pinnacle Award recognizes contracted suppliers for their outstanding management of Premier agreements and drive toward the mutual goal of providing clinical and financial value to the not-for-profit hospitals that are members of the Premier alliance.
