Lantheus Holdings, Inc. Announces Upsize of Public Offering to 3,500,000 Shares of Common Stock

NORTH BILLERICA, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 15, 2016-- Lantheus Holdings, Inc. (“Lantheus” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ:LNTH), today announced that certain of its existing stockholders (the “Selling Stockholders”) intend to increase the amount of shares offered for sale by 500,000 shares of common stock to 2,500,000 shares of common stock. The Company, as previously announced, will offer 1,000,000 shares of common stock for sale. The shares offered for sale by the Company and the Selling Stockholders will be offered pursuant to an effective shelf registration statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) on Form S-3 and a related registration statement on Form S-3MEF filed with the SEC pursuant to Rule 462(b) under the Securities Act of 1933. The Company will not receive any proceeds from the sale of shares by the Selling Stockholders. Credit Suisse will act as underwriter for the offering.
